Liesa El, business manager

Liesa El, of Washington DC, is a Management Professional with over 20 years of experience. Not only did Liesa manage loan pipelines, originators, processors and clerical staff, but she also originated residential and commercial loans to total $22 Million for residential and $4 Million for commercial loans in the year of 2006. This has allowed her to increase overall volume and profits for the Annapolis and Camp Springs branch offices.


During her professional career, she has performed in-depth analysis of contract cash flows, net present value, and budget parameters and has also created cost and schedule status reporting and budget variance analysis. Thanks to her years of experience, she was able to successfully manage and track various multi-million dollar cost and fixed price production contracts, saving the firms she has worked for immeasurable amounts of money and time. She created funding projections, trends and base-line, along with developing and analyzing product life cycle cost models and conducting detailed financial analysis of cost and operational effectiveness and feasibility. On a team and independently, Liesa executed cash flows through financial modeling, fiscal year spend plans and expenditure reporting, while implementing on-line financial tracking databases and handling technical writing, pricing, staffing, and proposal tracking request.


Liesa has had many professional and personal accomplishments during her life. Her most recent accomplishment came in the form of her company, Safari Global Enterprise USA. For more than five years now she has managed up to 24 professional Life Coaches and their clientele. She also performs research, creates and presents workshops that improve personal and professional development. Her goal in doing this is to bring, Wellness to the Workplace.
